A Housing Framework Combined
with Student Dormitories
The housing in the neighborhood will consist of accessible smart homes. Students learning in academic institutions in the Ilanot-Kadima area will live in these houses, together with Beit Noam graduates who have physical and intellectual disabilities.
The community members will set up an intentional community – that is, a group of people who share common values and choose to live together to achieve joint goals. As a result, they will enjoy a communal way of life suited to their needs while maintaining privacy, independence, and a feeling of belonging and personal autonomy.
